I’m a real estate advisor, college professor, historian, surfer, and longtime Florida local. My work has always centered on understanding places, their histories, and the people who shape them. I bring that same research-driven perspective to helping clients buy and sell homes across Central Florida.

I’ve spent more than twenty years immersed in the rhythm of this region, from the historic neighborhoods of Tampa Bay, where I led history tours through Ybor City and surrounding communities, to teaching Florida and American history and exploring Orlando’s cultural corridors and Florida’s coasts.

I hold a Ph.D. in History and currently teach history and social science at Polk State College. That academic background shapes the way I approach real estate: research carefully, explain things clearly, understand the larger context, and help clients make informed decisions without unnecessary pressure.

I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and bring a global perspective shaped by travel, fieldwork, storytelling, and more than three decades of surfing. My goal is simple: to help clients understand not just a property, but the place and lifestyle surrounding it.
