I’m a real estate advisor, surfer, and longtime Florida local. Trained as a historian with a PhD and shaped by more than two decades in academia and global fieldwork, I moved into real estate to offer a calm, research-driven approach to buying and selling homes across Central Florida.

For over twenty years, I’ve lived within the rhythm of this region, from the historic neighborhoods of Tampa Bay, where I spent 21 years leading history tours through Ybor City and surrounding areas, to exploring Orlando’s cultural corridors and surfing along Central Florida’s east coast.
