I created The Surf Realtor® because real estate should feel calm, informed, and grounded—like reading the ocean with clarity before a set rolls in. After two decades in academia and global fieldwork, I bring a research-driven, lifestyle-focused approach to buying and selling homes in Central Florida.
Surfing teaches awareness, preparation, and the ability to read the environment before conditions change. I take the same approach to real estate, guiding clients with intention, strategy, and a deep understanding of Florida’s coastal rhythm.
